Person's responsibility in case of fraud committed by third person

My daughter get GPA regd in her name by saying it is for documentation purpose and executed a Transfer of memorandum in authority without any consideration except nominal amount as advance received by his son on my behalf now the buying party paid some statutory dues like lease n NOC charges. I have cancelled GPA and applied for cancellation of Transfer application and I have received cancellation order through RTI .Buying party come to my place and want to buy a property but dint pay anything .I want to know the consequences and am I safe in this situation and whether it's case of 420 IPC?

no you are not liable for any criminal charges as you were unaware of what your daughter did as she misrepresented you and got your signatures on the GPA, and when it cam eto your knowledge you revoked/ cancelled the GPA - the amount which has been paid by the party should be returned in case any dispute arises.
