Person took money with a false promise of job offer

hi sir /madam one person is calling in AIR INDIA HR executive NAME is (MOHIT SHARMA)you are register in air india this is for argent requirement you will be directly selected,and then he told to me you pay the amount 5150 Rs .you will pay the amount means definetely you will got job,after paying recept you will scan and send and i send immediate job offer letter in EMAIL with in 2 days you receive offer letter in courier. now i pay the amount he is not responding now he says you accorose the time limite you will need to again 15000 totally 20000 pls help me sir how will i refund in my amount 5150 and in my frnd amount 5150 totally 10300Rs i know in that person (personal Bank account no sir) please help me give me any suggestion
You have been cheated or rather fooled. It is a lesson for you not to fall prey for such tricks. You have already paid Rs. 10,300/-. This can be recovered only by taking legal action as such conman would not refund the amount they have collected. File a police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust. Police may help you to recover this money. The other way is to file a money recovery case. But you do not seem to have documents to prove the facts and expense would be too high for the money you have already lost.

File a police compaint in the police station giving all the details the police will register the case under 420 IPC and as you r having his account details the police can get his address details and arrest him you can there after get your amount back.
