File a criminal complaint before police under appropriate sections of Indian penal code. The allegations are termed as offences under the law. You will have to prove the allegations with evidence. If police do not register case you can get it registered through court.

One can ask the police(at nearest police station) to register the case U/S. 499 I.P.C,1860 on the basis of proof (as evidence, which can represent) for which he think-feel to be defamed.
when the facts and circumstances will be proved before hon`ble trial court then he shall be punished U/S 500.

If you are a women then kindly file an FIR Under Section Section 294 of the IPC viz “whoever, to the annoyance of others (a) does any obscene act in public place; or

(b) sings, recites or utters any obscene songs, ballad or words, in or near any public place, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine or with both”.

AND Section 509 of the IPC. This section makes punishable any word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman. Singing obscene songs, making vulgar sounds or gestures, exhibiting ones private parts or obscene pictures with a view that such words, gestures, objects shall be seen or heard by the woman or might intrude upon her privacy, are all punishable offences under this section. The Criminal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2013 has raised the punishment for the above-mentioned acts under Section 509 from one year to three years of imprisonment
