People filed case against them who are not involved in the case

13-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)

FIR has been registered for my known person and his junior manager. They gave few loans to a couple of farmers and now when their contractor ran away with some of their money so they filed an FIR because they think these managers are also with that contractor. The junior manager is in jail and there is time for his bail. So now if the senior manager applies for bail, will he get it or the court rejects it as junior manager is already in the jail? What steps should he take now?

Dear client senior manager have to file anticipatory bail application in session court to avoid the arrest. If session court reject the bail application hr can challenge in high court. As matter involved fanacial aspect so he may get bail. But it depends upon court to grant or reject. For any legal help call me

Hi,

The description given by you in very vague and hence, it is very difficult to answer your query. Whether a person will get bail depends on the allegations made against that person in the FIR and/or the charge sheet. That is the basic requirement. There are many other considerations for bail but all this can be explained to you only after perusing the FIR and other documents.

Regards,
