Prima facie, from little facts mentioned the remedy available is to file contempt petition by approaching the Court which passed the order.
You can also check if order is passed but not yet communicated to you? You can write a letter enclosing the judgment seeking their response and resort to judicial remedies.

The judgement in your favour denotes that you are the Decree Holder and the opposite party is the Judgement Debtor.
We can file an appropriate suit for execution in the Hon'ble court to attach his property and even arrest him for non execution of orders.

You can file execution petition in the concerned court of law. Execution petition can only be filed within limited time. Time period for filing execution petition depends upon case to case. For that we need the details of the case.

If the other party has failed to abide by the order of the court then you may file "Contempt of Court" Application before the same court whose order is not been followed by the other party. The court can then issue a court order that in the context of a court trial or hearing, a person or organization have disobeyed or been disrespectful of the court's authority and is "found" or "held" in contempt.
