You need to find out whehter they have the required license to carry out the commerical activities in that area. Even if they have the required licence, if such activity is causing a lot of nuisance to neighbours, you can still appraoch the Executive magistrate, district magistrate or appropriate authority for such nuisance.

For that you have to fight hard and for long time say about a year or so as this matter is of little convenience to court and hence even certain documents have go be collected ,so if you ready for that do contact .

Running BPO in a residential area and from which nuisance to people in that area amounts to public nuisance which is an offence against which you can give police complaint before jurisdictional police station.

Give complaint to police against Land Lord of that building for renting house for corporate purpose in a residential area
All the public can file PIL against that BPO

Hi. You just give complaint to the concerned police station about the incident and ask them to take action.
You could not throw them from the out of the residential area as you being nabour not owner. Give written complaint to concerned corporation about the permission or licence etc.
