A neighborhood is threatening my father’s life ( he told " I will get killed you by supari " ) and abused a women working in my home with vulger language ( daughter of b**ch). What action can be taken sir?
you can lodge an FIR against your neighbours with the police station within which jurisdiction your house comes in order to prevent them from doing so in future

Sir, in this case you or your father or lady is required to file a police complaint mentioning the date time and details of the incident, further the police will register a complaint under section 504 for intentional insult with intent to provake breach of peace and also under section 506 of IPc for criminal intimidation and giving threat to cause death or hurt, police will take the required action as per law.
