Need information on surety bail

out on surety bail by session court of rs15000.mother surety is accepted.i m married. Have some problems with wide n she is not staying above 7 months.mother age 55 yrs. Have 1 own home in pagdi system we are staying since 15 years.Its in Mumbai. Qtns. 1) if mom dies.i will be only person in family can police directly arrest me.i don't have any back support apart from my mom. What options I have than? 2)what are the different types of surety if I fail. 3)can wife surety is accepted in court.she is 8th pass n house wife. 4)If I do 2nd marriage after divorcing 1st wife after a years if she knows about the case can she file any case against me and can she claims rights in property. Not any property is in my name. 5)it's been 7 months charge sheet is not yet filed how case looks according now. 6) how we can dismiss case 7) Pls answer as per qtn asked Pls give suggestion what to do. I am very much confused.

2. There are no such different types as you are saying, as per court's order you have to produce surety whose income will be above 15000 per month.
3. No wife surety cannot be accepted
4. Yes she can file depends upon what grievance she has.
