NBW quashing in 420,406,323,120b,504,506 despite of making the payment

420,406,323,120b,504,506 is under which the case has been falsely filed by the opposition. there was a fir lodged by the opposition stating that we are to pay him 15 lacs and when the other party asked for the money we started hurling abuses and threatend them for life.they also applied for a caveat in high court. to counter it we approached the high court admitting we have to pay them 12 lacs as we have returned 12 lacs. court disposed the petition advising us to pay up the amount by november end in 2017.then struck the demonetisation drive and we could not arrange for the money in stipulated time.for which as per the court order we paid a cost as advised by the court in cjm court. now the party is not accepting the money and has got NBW issued instead despite of accepting there money(12 lacs+2.4 lacs as int)in the dj court for bail of one of the accused. how can we get the NBW quashed when IO is not filing the chargesheet. there is no 41a crpc in court file for issuance of NBW
