My lawyer asking more money than agreed

Hi all,
I had a divorce court case and the case is completed by paying huge amount to respondent 10lace. Now my lawyer is 1lac extra than what we agreed initially and now he is threatening us, saying he will put case against me and file a police complaint. He hardly did any job in our case. I have already paid more than 75K, still he asking another 1 lac. Now court case is completed he is not giving the documents....
Can anyone please suggest what to do....
Dear sir, as per your query you are tnreatened by an Advocate for more fee, and he has returned your documents, you can give return reply to Advocate saying that no due from your side and asking your documents back, then you can approach proper authority.

You can an hire an another lawyer and get the required documents from the court. The lawyers fees would depend on the works they have done. If you really feel that the lawyer has charged you the high fees, you can hire another lawwyer and get your work done.

hai, according you your case is closed. you want only papers or certified copies of divorce papers from the court through your advocate. but he is asking more fees as agreed before. suppose u all ready paid him fees as agreed now u need not to pay. he can not file case against you for recovery of fess. for other details contact me.
