My husband is neither accepting me nor leaving me how to proceed

I am software engineer. I was well settled professionally with good pay scale.after my marriage my husband started to harass me for dowry. I have tried a lot to save our relationship but his demands were increasing day by day and he throw me out from his house by stating that I am of no use for him until n unless I became eligible to fulfill his demands. Afterwards he blocked me from every possible source of communication and I got fall down under depression which effected my job as well. My company asked me resign because of my mental illness. My treatment is going on , all the ways are blocked for me. can I get maintenance from him as I became burden on my parents. if yes then how. Pleased help

Send a notice to your husband asking him to take you back to the matrimonial home. If he comes and takes you back, settle yourself with him. If he does not take you back, file a petition of conjugal rights in the jurisdictional family court and also file for maintenance. The court will process your request and your husband be directed to pay you for your maintenance. Apart from that, you can also file maintenance case under on your husband Section 125 Cr.P.C and claim maintenance and interim maintenance from him.
