My house unauthorised captured by other person

Dear sir, my house will be captured by breaking lock in my absence.i am given written application to nearest police station, but police not given any action on my application , police help them by given money, and I am given more application to many district high officer like SP , DM ,DIG Rank officer's but no officer will be given any action Police given my anti reports to high officers.my house capturer person also going to district civil court and taken stay order from court (STHAYI nisedhgya) , what can I do for further action kindly advise me thanks district-mirzapur U.P.
Dear sir ,frist it is most important to tell you that query you have been submitted here it's not all real.whom you are saying capturer that may be your tenant and they are denying to vacate your home and you have given so many applications to many authorities but still u dint get any kind of solution because it's a civil dispute and they hav filed a suite in civil court and got the permanent injunction and may be also submitting there rent in court .so no need to worry ,go and file written satetment of there suit .if the court is making unnecessary delay to decide suit then move a writ in high court doing a prayer to decide your suit expeditiously.if the person hav entered force fully in your house an you are having credible evidences after that police n authorities are not taking interest then move a application before concerned magistrate and you will difnetlly get relief.

File an application under section 156(3) of Criminal procedure code in the concerned magistrate against that person for lodging an f. I. R against that person and also file an application for vacating the stay order.
