My girlfriend's family is abusing & forcing me to marry their daughter

I had a 4 years relationship with girl, i had physical relation with her,but she is very possessive, and dominating, disrespect mi every time. So i changed my mind from last 1 year,and told her to move on but now she and her family is forcing mi to marry her and abusing mi and threatening me to lodge a police complaint if i dont marry. But i would choose to die than marrying such a girl, please tell me what should i do????
