My father performs black magic at home what to do ?

Since childhood i have seen my father doing black magic, because of which My mother was suffering from hypertension, my younger brother missing for last 12 years, both my legs were paralysed, i am 42 now-Now when i realised it was all my fathers deeds, i told him to stay seperately, and i threw all his black magic stuff in sea, My father had been staying away for almost 22 months in a seperate house in gujarat , but he wants to stay with me because he will get free food, TV, news paper, cigrettes- is there a law where i can barr him from coming home atleast for few years
