My father is abusing and blackmailing me since my childhood.

I have been harassed by my father because of his mind set since im a child.I want to leave him but he is saying that he will torture my mother if i do. He is an Ex-Army man. Since im child he has not loved me or my mother. No father absues his daughter that i cant tell out. from Last 3 years i was tortured because i loved a person. Later i came to know that my lover is not genune and left him. How can i set free?
It is an offence under the Juvenile Justice [Care and Protection of Children] Act.The complaint may be filed
by CHILDLINE or any person.
In such case both the Child Welfare Committee and the police will conduct an investigation.
The proceedings before the Committee will be with regards to the care and future of the children, whereas the criminal proceedings will focus on punishment to the offending father.
