Dear client,
Yes, you can file a application for maintenance for yourself and your sister too under section 125 of CrPC. Law says says every unmarried daughter is eligible to claim maintenance amounts from parent. And you can also claim the amount which you have given to your mother. For more detailed consultation and for better solution you can contact me.
Thanks

In case you wish to take recourse to law then you need to file FIR at the p.s. of the locality. You have to be careful that there is valid reason backed by evidence to prove your case. Your mother will command sympathy from the police ,hence there must be sufficient and valid reason to lodge FIR.

This is the easiest fight ever. There is plenty of ways to harass back, don't eat, don't do, don't go, come home late, don't clean your room, etc, etc. Or just investigate what's bordering your ma and keep doing what she likes. If it doesn't work, file an FIR in the nearest police station. Then ENJOY your life without any obstruction. By the way don't forget to call your friends to the party after your MAA is gone behind the bars.

Ur query is vague. If u are major then no one can impose anything thats harmful. Any if that amount to any injury it will give rise to a criminal action which can be initiated in the proper forum like police, court etc.
