Hi there, I had blended 25k to my lawyer friend approx 3 years ago and he has returned some amount and from last 2 years he is not returning remaining 9k when asked making excuses. Now he is going to file case against me when I asked strictly. I want to know what all cases he can file against me as was saying will see u in court?

D'not worry he has nothing to do in court. on related to this issue he can not file any case. he is just trying to threat you, but to avoid any false proceeding against you, inform the S.S.p or S.P or d.i.g by sending them a registered post or speed post about the issue.
