Hi, i registered an fir for my mobil3 which was snatched. It was in 2014. Today i got a call from police, sqying that i was summoned by court? Is it normal procedure?
ya it perfectly normal procedure.....It is the police must be filing the chargesheet....so the requirement of complainant is important....the police in the chargesheet provides the investigation done by them.....thereafter court ask you ...are you satisfied with the investigation done by police.....
