Call your ex bit friend for a meeting and tell him the issues which is bothering you and you warn him strongly that if he does not stop you defaming among his friends and others, you may complaint against him in police. Take opinion of lawyer before you decide to file a complaint. This step is necessary and if he unwise enough he will stop harassing you and will not blackmail. Otherwise, if you file a case against him, I am sure he will go to Jail immediately. If you are in Delhi, you can come to meet me.

So first gve a complaint in ur nearest police station n said police to registered ur FIR n also take help ur lawyer. They will never do this again. Take action dnt afraid ok
