Minimum Limit for fraud to come under Economic Offences wing

What is the minimum amount limit to report a case of fraud with Economic Offences Wing Mumbai. As I understand earlier it was Rs 50 lacs which was proposed to increase to Rs 3 cr in 2014. What is the fact pls advice
Hi. All crimes wherein the offence committed pertains to an amount of Rupees Three Crores and above comes under the jurisdiction of the Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai. You can either register a complaint directly at the EOW or else at the police station in your jurisdiction after which it will get transferred to the EOW if the amount is above 3 Crores.
