Fraud committed by married woman. She defrauded me financially. What FIR can i file against her?

you have not given details whether that women is your wife or any other women.You can file complaint against that women u/s 420 of I.P.C. for cheating.If that women is your wife then you can file complaint u/s 406 I.P.C. for CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST.
