Married man promised to divorce her first wife and marry me

I was in love wit marred man who hav 1 child also.. bt when I was wrking in his office he made my mind wash dat her wife is character less n her daughter is nt his child.. n said me dat dat I will divorce her n marry me.... I wait for 3 yrs and in dat tym he hav physical relationship wit me... n now he is nt ready to marry me... He is happy wit her wife... Wat legal caction I can take pls help

Dear client u can file police complaint against that man under sec 376 of Indian penal code for rape. Establishing physical relation by giving false promise of marriage amount to rape. File police complainat to nearest police station against him. For any legal help call me

Firstly there is nothing to force him to marry you. However you can get him punished for cheating you. Pls take an appointment to advice you properly on the subject of the query. I can advice you better in a personal meeting only.

You can file criminal complaint under section 376 of iPC as well 406 at the local police station and if it not heard by the police than you can file criminal complaint against him in the local magistrate court where the physical relation took place
