You have every right to study as our government have given provisions to girl child and you can approach jurisdiction police for this stating ur intentions to study and not to get married and for forceful marriage they will take action against them or else u could approach human rights for ur right to study and they will assist u and protect you for getting married. Thank over and take decisions one day or other u have to say out as no body is permanent in this world so.

Response - if you do not want to live with your husband, you can think of divorce - else convince him and go to college

Yes she has to file a case for declaration that the marriage is null and void and is not valid as the consent of the bride is obtained through fraud, threat and undue influence and yes later the case will continue as per law, meanwhile she can continue her education.
