Male ASI filed a false FIR under 326b, 506, 511 against my brother

A Male ASI filled a false FIR under 326b,506,511 against my brother. we have his call recordings which can prove that this is a false FIR,Can i show them as evidance to the police.As new amendment show that FIR shouldmust be file by a women but it is filed by a male ASI officer. Can i do Something with that also.please answer as soon as possible for this.. Thanks a lot in advance.
You can move an enquiry application to higher police officials showing all the evidence you having and u can also file a quashing petition in high court showing the recording evidence you are having in order to quash FIR. Once the challan is presented in the court after the registration of FIR, then the higher official of police even cannot file cancellation report so it's better to approach high court before it's too late.
