LPG subsidy transferred to different bank account without information

My LPG connection was earlier linked to correct aadhaar number and i had been receiving subsidy amount properly. Now i see a different aadhaar number is being linked and subsidy is transferred to different account number. How can they link my LPG to different aadhaar number without my consent. This is surely a fraud from LPG agency. Please advice me in how to file case against them?
you can file an application under section 5 of the right to information act seeking explanation and then you can seek relief from banking obdusmen for wrong credit of account by filing appropriate application and you can also approach consumer court for relief
