Lodge of FIR at a belated stage

Whether any Govt Officer can lodge FIR against an employee working under him after a belated stage of 16 years from the date of occurrence of a crime which is quite officially ?

FIR means first information report. As per your query a govt official can lodged FIR against his superior office immidiately after the occurance but at belated stage after 16 year is not tennable in the eye of law.

Yes . but its difficult to stand the complain log by the officer.Because he have to prove why he doesn't logged the complain at the time of the situation occurred. Nothing to be worried about it.It a can prove as false.

Crime which is quite official ? Not able to understand you. For a crime FIR can be lodged at the earliest. If the FIR is lodged after 16 years, then it is quite obvious that the complainant has to give the reasons of such delay.
