Ask your wife to withdraw the cases filed under DV act and 125 CrPC , and for the rest of the cases filed under the provisions of Indian penal code , you can go for quashing and that can be done in a one or two hearing, but the presence of your wife is required.

Relying on your contention that dispute is resolved through mediation and that now you are amicably living with your partner, you can end the cases under DV Act and 125 CrPC by filing simple withdrawal application through your wife; for 498 A your wife's statement will have to be recorded in the court.

Procedure is that all the persons named in FIR would file quashing petition in Delhi High Court for quashing of fir/criminal case. Your wife would give her no objection and appear in the high court with you.
