Hello sir,
She had married with a guy and approached punjab and Haryana Higj Court for the protection of life and liberty for that the notice be issued to you. For this you have to appear through your counsel for this and to address arguments there and to show your disowns documents.

Notice might have been issued by the court on the petition filed by the girl so appear in the court on date fixed and tell the honorable judge that she has been disowned and we have no relation with her. Accordingly judge will decide, nothing to worry about.

You have to file reply to the legal notice by consulting with criminal defence lawyer. generally, these type of notice are issued just to pressurize the parents to meet out their demands. So don't be panic from the notice.

She might have filed for protection in the High Court. There is nothing to worry. Just go on the court on the said date and make a statement, we won't interfere in her marriage and there is nothing to be afraid of .
