Legal action if Father uses fake ticket to see off son at airport

Hello, A close friend of mine became too enthusiastic in seeing off his 12 year old son. A fake ticket was used to gain entry and consequently, he was caught by CISF on the way out. I understand several such cases of enthusiastic loved ones creating fake airline tickets occur. Friend has a clean record, employed at a well established firm and barring this aside is a citiezen of good standing by all means. I was keen to know the consequences and how such cases are viewed.
As per your information we can assume that he not into the habit of creating fake airline tickets but thought it was done for the first time still there is a chance of enquiry from the concerned authority. So i suggest your friend to be very clear at the time of enquiry so that they get convinced as to his innocence.
