Landlord (army person) forcing to have sex What action can I take

Dear Sir/ Mam, One of my friend (a girl) lives on rent in army area. And the landlord works in army. And that landlord has read her personal diary and now he is blackmailing her. He is saying that if she doesn't have sex with her, he will tell everything to everyone including her parents and in her school. My friend is just 14 years old. She is very depressed. She has not told anything about this to her parents. Please tell me what can be done in this case.
The only recourse that is available to her is to tell her parents or the police authorities, who in turn will lodge an FIR against him, but the flipside is, things will become slightly public.
If ur frend is willing to take that risk then she should bot waste anytime, my personal opinion, she should immediately report the matter and teach him a lesson

First of all whatever it is the secret written in diary she must tell it to her mother and after that she should confront the landlord with her mother and must say it clearly to landlord that if he will tell anyone about the diary she will lodge a case of sexual harassment and rape in police and along with it she will inform about the same to landlord's senior army officers.
This is the safest way and secondly leave the rented house after telling everything whatever it is to her mother.
