Lady chatted me on facebook and now filing complaint of harassment?

I am a central government employee. I have been receiving threatening calls since yesterday. A lady came to open an account in our bank. She took all my details and then added me on Facebook and started chatting which ended in a bit vulgar conversation. Then i came to know it was her husband who was chatting with and there after we received threatening calls and people came to our home. They also complained against me in the police. They were asking for a compromise but wanted to complaint about sexual harassment. What is the loss that i can suffer or problem that i can get into?

The complaint seems to have been filed with a view to ensure that you are suspended from duty. As you would know a government servant against whom a police complaint is filed is automatically suspended from duty. I feel looking at the facts of your case, it is a perfect case for quashing of the complaint. An application shall have to be filed in the gujarat high court.
