juvenile case and government job disqualification how to proceed

I am selected in CISF (central industrial security force). 3 june 2017 was my reporting date but my joining was not done because of my police record in 2007 when i was 14 year old at the time of offence. under the provisions of juvenile justic act 2000. the juvenile board released me on probetion. period of probetion was 2years which is successfully complted by me. but now my joining decision is still pending from commety of cisf from last 6 months and i dont know when they inform me. now my question is can i go to high court for claim?

If you have completed the probation period then its ok
But still that records remain there however now as far as your joining is concerne you have to check there terms and conditions for selection of this post
On that basis you can file writ petition in High Court

Yes u can file a writ of mandamus in high court asking for the relief you claim and under the said writ the high court is empowered to direct the cisf authorities to take a decision as soon as possible in your case subject to the rules and regulations of the cisf regarding your antecedant.
