you need to first obtain bail from regular court and then you can apply for quash and the ingredients vital as the case in which already trial is completed now the case depends upon the trial statements which the victim says in trial in others case

Hi
As such you are in saudi arabia and that the court has separated your case. If you come to india now, chances of you going back to saudi is very minimal.
Instead you stay in saudi( as you are only A4 in the case and the courts will not be in a hurry to penalise you now) and wait for the outcome of the case that is proceeding against A1, A2 and A3.
Depending on the outcome of the case(hopefully they will be acquitted) you can then apply for discharge petition.
Assuming A1, A2 and A3 are proven guilty, then you can choose to appear in your case in trial court. Till then no point in wasting your time and career as in all likelihood you by virtue of being A4 in the case has been falsely implicated and the courts might take cognizance of the same and discharge you as and when you face trial.
