It depends on the nature and gravity of the offence, if the offence is non-bailable then Yes, Section 120(B) is eligible for anticipatory bail

Yes. It is a non cognizable offence which means FIR cannot be filed without court permission.
It is bailable offence so you can get station bail or anticipatory bail.
Not to worry at all as its is bailable at police station itself
