My Younger sister's husband is abusing me on calls messages and whats app. even i blocked him but he used to call from different numbers. As i advised my father to bring my sister at their home because her in-laws including her husband were abusing physically and mentally for dowry and giving birth to a girl child. Can i register a defame case against him?
Instead, you should immediately file a police complainant stating you are being threatened and intimidated because of the reason as you stated and for immediate action. this will also be useful for your sister to institute a case for cruelty committed by her husband.
