Is it a crime to consume alcohol before attaining the age of majority

Me and two of my school mate were having get together at my friends house which is near road at 2 am and suddenly cops entered and started slapping all of us and asking to come to police station as we gave 3k and some how escaped but drinking at your own house is a crime ?
No police cant do that, if ur location was private and u r not minor then you can take action against the police and write letter to superior officer of police of area (cp / sp) and also give a complaint in writing to the district court.
