Is having sexual relation with a minor girl regarded as rape

If the girl is under age below 16 n has sexual relation with an older guy will it be considered rape even though they do it under mutual consent as couples? under which ipc can we charge a case?

Yes as per law if a man keeps any physical relation with a girl whose age is 16 yrs or below. It will amount to rape although it may be with consent but the law is very clear and you will be prosecuted as rapist.
