Please mention the indian penal code sections that has been incorporated in the complaint..generally cbi special courts may take non bailable cases but instances are there for bailable too.. So for a detailed guidance please mention the sections for which your enquiring.

CBI special case is a non bailable case.
What type of special case is it ? What Section of IPC has given in the FIR ? Whatever, the accused person and/or persons will be arrested by the police authority and tried by the Court of Law.

There is no Act called CBi Special Act. The court is special court. The case stsrted In which section of which law is the only criteria. If the section of concerned Act is available then the case is bailable, otherwise not.

Query should be made properly describing nature of offence and etc .Here it is to mention that CBI special court handles and made the case enquired which cases belong to IPC or under special protection act constituted under law so it is clear no special cases lies under CBI only court of CBI is called special.ie if case is balaible under IPC or others then you will get bail otherwise on norrms of conditions of bail
