Information leaked from my phone how to proceed legally

Some of my information is might be leaked from my mobile phone. Can we do something legally about that anonymous ? As I am fearful for my personal security of information in future too...
If your information is leak the first thing you have to do is secure your all accounts, emails, bills, pw etc.
If you think someone has hacked your mobile you can give application to cyber cell and they will enquire onto the matter. And if the possibility exists they might have powers to register fir for the same

Although u cant do anything, u can file complaint in police for your safety purpose and for that u take a copy of DDR so that if in future if u see some obligatory material anywhere then u may apprich police for case under cyber law

Under cyber laws you can move an application to the SSP concerned regarding the leaking of data from your phone by anonymous and the culprit will be found by the police authorities and action will be initiated against him.
