The process can take upto one to two months. It is totally depend on the judge's satisfaction. In brief 326 is grievous hurt with sharp weapon non bailable 324 is simple hurt by sharp weaponalso non bailable..
Again it is advised if you are not declared po go for anticipatory bail.

dear client, each and every case is based upon its gravity. No comments can be give upon this query. Then, I am suggesting in this matter maximum 15 days of custody is sufficient to get a bail from the court.

Dear ckient , there is no fixed time limit for bail matters . Court has wide discretionary power in bail matter. it can grant or not grant bail. sometime u cn get bail in lower court or somrtime u cn get it from higher court. all depend upon your case or your act .

Hello, it really depends on the case and the judge also. However, in routine manner one gets bail in 4-5 days as 326 is non bailable and other sections are bailable. You can also apply for anticipatory bail before surrender and in case you get anticipatory bail you will not be arrested in the matter by the police.
