In cheque return case cheque is given of other dead person.

In cheque bounce case ,I am complainant cross examination is done and now I came to know that cheque is of other given by accused to me and signed by himself .. what can be done know , he denies his signature on cheque also and his advocated in cross examined me and told that it is not his cheque not his signature . But signature are done it front of me
