Importance of identification in the case of IPC 395

I was not identified in jail and as well as in the repected court also by the person who filed the case of IPC 395 against me.Even the witness claimed by the police for seizing the money from my pocket also denied for me.
What should be the result of my case?
You should surely be acquitted. For the case of prosecution, identification of accused by the witnesses is very essential. Further the seizure witnesses should also confirm the seizure. So in your case the result of the case must go in your favour.
