Illegal use of a signed blank paper what can be done

Sir I had given signed blank papers while borrowing money from a person.Now that person has typed on that paper and brought a symbolic possession for my flat. Pls help.

I can solve this matter depending on certain matters. You need to tell me who is now residing there in the flat, and what that person has got typed in those papers. Also how you have recieved the money ? Have you not repaid anything ?.

Ans: you can send a notice to such person asking him to return the paper. You can also initiate other actions against him.
