Dear Owner , Threat of illegal possession is very common if property is left vacant. First of all check whether you have all documents like title deed, sale deed, electricity bill, water bill, copy of will, etc. Then you can file a suit for injunction, where court will order for forceful eviction of the property. And you can lodge an F.I.R. regarding your relative, the police will take required action. By undertaking that suit you will get the possession by due process of law . Take services of a good lawyer.

Sir, you can take assistance of police and first of all file a criminal complaint regarding the unlawful possession of your house and simultaneously you can file a suit for eviction before the civil court. You need not be worried and have faith in administration and judicial system, and be not afraid by anyone and try to contact the local police for help.
