sir, I am Deepak and i have work partnership in computer embroidery last year and after six month partnership break and then i return partnership share money to my partner then my partner give money to other person and other person not return money to my partner currently Now, my partner forced on me for this money that if other person not return my money i will take illegaly ownership on your factory and he is miss behave and tourcher mee and stop my work and lock my factory i have big loss for stop working So, i will request you tell me how what i do? Dear Deepak your questions seems to be incomplete??That you returned partnership money to your partner for what??Is it that your partner resigned from the directorship and took back his capital investment after sharing of losses and profits,Is it that you talking about the same money.Then if he took it back why are you responsible for the same if he rendered it to some XYZ person,You can go ahead and file a suit for damages against him you can also file a criminal complaint on pretext of blackmailing and harassment along with extortion that you are facing.
