If I have not committed any crime, will it affect my govt. job?

Respected sir..my neighbor lodged FIR against me and the case is pending in court The case is related to injury and outreach modesty Now I want to know that can I get govt job Although I have not committed this crime..?

In this case, if you are acquitted from any criminal liability then there is no problem in your government job. Though, you will have to prove your innocence in the case. Thereafter you will not face any problem in recruitment.

I have read your query, and from that I get to knoww that a criminal case is pending against you , you are also a government empmoye , now the problem is that if you get convicted in that case then you will loose your job. Now you have only option to contest the case and make sure you get acquittal from the court.

Conviction for an offence involving moral turpitude can be a bar for your job but mere lodging of fir doesn't disentitle you for a govt job . So you need not to worry you are still eligible for applying
