If I bail out my son will it effect my job.as I am into a defence job

Hello sir I am a defence person my son age is 21 years and my son is arrested in krishanagar police koutali and my question is that I want my son bail and if I will bail my son than my job will go or not .sir please suggest the answer.
No bailing out your son is the work of a lawyer. Bail does not mean your son is convicted. It merely means that the court grants a permission to him to stay out of custody and assist the police. So getting your son on bail should not and will not effect your service carer. Once bailed out, your son will have to face the trial and go on with his defense like any other normal criminal case. which is nothing but an usual course of law and pleading etc. So your will not be technically effected.
