12-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)

What if all the 3 courts i.e. District court, High court and Supreme Court rejects bail? Can the person still get out of jail with some other kind of bail or anything?

The other option is of temporary bail or fresh bail on changed circumstances. If you need a consultation about it pls book an appointment. Proper advice differs from case to case so meeting me is necessary.

Dear client as all courts reject the bail so accused have to remain in jail for whole trial. If court acquittal the accused he will free but court convicted accused he have to remain in jail till imprisoned period. But he can apply for parole. For detail discussion call me
