I have been released on benefit for doubt can i apply for Govt. job.

I am released by court on benefit of doubt , am l liable for government jobs? Can I try for it

Yes. If you are released by the court it means that prosecution could not produced sufficient proof against you before courts of law. You can apply to for any type of job irrespective of any case tried against you. You are free to apply as your right. There is no impediment

Yes you can try . There is a specification qualm given in the form where you have to fill the details in which u hve to describes the nature of crime and in that you can give details about the aquantil on the ground of benefit of doubt .

You can apply for govt. Job.
But dont hide this thing while and if specfically asked to disclose if any trial you have faced.

You can also attach the copy of judgment if it is asked for.

Dont hide things.
