I got married forcefully in 2012 as minor. How can I protect myself ?

I am 21 years now n had been a victim of forced child marriage in 2012.january. My dob is 25-09-1995. I am unable to do anything as those people have some approaches n the guy also threatens my family. Please suggest me something.
Whose guy threatens your family, please write full detail, what is the problem or demand of those persons and what is your problem dowry or domestic violence. You are saying about forced child marriage but you had cross age of maturity 4 year ago and want to relief now, why...?

In your case, as you are 21 yeras of age you can not repudiate marriage. But still you have certain options,
You can file complaint to mahila helpline or can also file police complaint of domestic violence and u/s 498A ipc.
U can also file divorce petition u/s 13 HMA on the grounds of cruelty.

Marriage is automatically void and is automatically annulled ad it is prohibited by law. Under Section 11 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
